- Equipment Review: Rubber Scrapers
I use rubber scrapers all day long in my kitchen. I ESPECIALLY LOVE the silicone scrapers that can be used in pans (up to 650°F (340°C) heat and stain resistant silicone).
My absolute favorites so far are these two by Chef’n that we THINK were purchased at Whole Foods. Sadly, I haven’t been able to find them again at the store.
They seem to have been slightly updated and are now called the Switchit™ All-Purpose. I am dying to buy a few more of these but can’t seem to find a store that carries them. I’m hoping one of you out there can help me out!
(They are THAT useful in the kitchen!)
